Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders below Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping options, which will be displayed at checkout.

  1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

  1. Delivery Time

Within Tamil Nadu: 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch.
Other Parts of India: 4-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times may vary due to factors such as location, weather conditions, or logistical constraints. We will keep you updated via email or SMS.

We partner with trusted logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

  1. Delivery Issues

Please inspect your package upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@houseofdd.in or +91 90800 33481 with your order number and photos of the issue.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us, and we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

  1. Non-Deliverable Areas

In rare cases, certain remote or restricted areas may not be covered by our shipping partners. If your address falls under a non-serviceable area, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the order.
